The Copernicus Science and Culture Festival is co-organised by the Copernicus Centre for Interdisciplinary Research at the Jagiellonian University, the Copernicus Centre Foundation, the Tygodnik Powszechny Foundation and the publisher of the Tygodnik Powszechny. SOLARIS joined the organisation by welcoming over 100 visitors to the Centre.

The Foundation for Polish Science has announced the winners and runners-up of the START 2023 competition. The prestigious scholarship was awarded to Danuta Liberda, a scientist in charge of the CIRI research line. She was selected from over 600 candidates.
