SOLARIS organises International Beam Instrumentation Conference in 2022
During the last International Beam Instrumentation Conference, which took place in Malmo (Sweden), the SOLARIS Centre won a competition for the organisation of this prestigious event in 2022.
Dr. Adriana Wawrzyniak, Accelerators Deputy Director, presented not only the SOLARIS Centre but also the cultural and natural heritage of Kraków and the surrounding area. Our organizational advantage was both university traditions and appropriate modern logistics facilities to receive a large number of foreign guests.
The choice of location was voted on by the members of the IBIC`19 Scientific Program Committee.
We started preparations for this event immediately. The main venue of the meeting will be the Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University.
