Rapid access to SOLARIS beamlines

Rapid access to SOLARIS beamlines

A rapid access to SOLARIS beamlines is already available.

Users can apply for  a rapid access when they need to quickly conduct an experiment with potentially high scientific value or when they need to supplement the results of an experiment previously carried out in SOLARIS. The procedure is also meant for people who want to check feasibility of planned measurements.

The evaluation of a rapid access proposal takes three weeks at the most. The date of the experiment depends on a research calendar for the beamline in question.

More information about the procedure is available in the Rapid access section.
