We cordially invite our supporters, visitors or infrastructure users to participate in the #PhotoOfSOLARIS photo contest. The contest is aimed at the community built around the only synchrotron in Poland. The deadline for submitting photos is 31.12.2022. Attractive prizes await the best work!
The theme of the competition is the SOLARIS synchrotron, while the rest is left to your ingenuity.... In this competition there are no limits! We are looking for amateur as well as professional photographs related to the activities of NSRC SOLARIS. All photographs submitted in the contest, which meet the requirements of the Regulations, will be published on the Facebook fan page of NSRC SOLARIS. For 10 days, a vote will take place on Facebook, where the community will decide which photo they like the best. Three photos with the most reactions will be awarded.
There will be 3 places with prizes:
a) 1st place - NSRC SOLARIS 2023 wall calendar, NSRC SOLARIS 2023 book calendar, powerbank with SOLARIS logo, mug with SOLARIS logo, T-shirt with SOLARIS logo, other small gadgets
b) 2nd place - wall calendar NSRC SOLARIS 2023, book calendar 2023, large flashlight with NSRC SOLARIS logo, mug with NSRC SOLARIS logo, other gadgets
c) 3rd place - NSRC SOLARIS 2023 wall calendar, book calendar 2023, small flashlight with NSRC SOLARIS logo, mug with NSRC SOLARIS logo, other gadgets
To participate in the contest, send a photo to: solaris.pr@uj.edu.pl in the title of the email writing: "Christmas contest #photoofSOLARIS", and in the main text of the email writing information about reading and accepting the Regulations of the contest (attachment no. 1 to the Regulations). Entries will be accepted until December 31, 2022.
Submission of competition works to solaris.pr@uj.edu.pl is from 14.12.2022 to 31.12.2022.
Photographs that comply with the competition regulations will be posted on the Facebook profile of NSRC SOLARIS (FB: @synchrotron.solaris.research). NSRC SOLARIS followers voting will take place from 03.01.2023 to 12.01.2023.
Announcement of the winners: 13.01.2023.
