XXVI European Synchrotron Light Source Workshop (ESLS) was hosted by the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Centre in Kraków, Poland, on 26–28 November 2018.

The workshop programme covered all relevant aspects of the design, construction, operation and improvement of synchrotron and free electron laser light sources. Attendees shared operation experiences, discussed the status and new developments of existing light sources in Europe, as well as reported on the progress of new light sources under construction.
