First angle and spin resolved measurements at the PHELIX beamline
Unique measurements at the PHELIX beamline
Dr. Ewa Młyńczak from the Jerzy Haber Institute of Catalysis and Surface Chemistry, PAS, is conducting the very first angle and spin resolved measurements (spin-ARPES) at the PHELIX beamline, led by dr. Magdalenę Szczepanik. Soft X-ray PHELIX beamline allows to obtain direct insight into 3D spin texture of the electronic states and to measure circular-dichroic spectra. Up to our knowledge, PHELIX beamline is one of only a few places where such combined measurements can be performed.
