The third in the series of SOLARIS Industry Day meetings is behind us!
On October 13, 2022, the third in a series of meetings dedicated to users from the world of industry took place at the SOLARIS Centre. This time the meeting was co-organized with Deloitte, an international network of commercial companies providing advisory and auditing services.
One-day workshops for the ferrous and non-ferrous metal industries
SOLARIS Industry Day is a series of one-day, free meetings addressed to representatives of the industry world.
The main topic of the next SOLARIS Industry Day meeting will be research and development activities and innovations in the metal manufacturing and processing industry. The co-organizer of the event is Deloitte, an international network of commercial companies providing advisory and auditing services, winner of many awards and distinctions in the business world, incl. The "Rzeczpospolita" Companies Ranking, the Universum Ranking and the ELSA Ranking.
The aim of the meeting will be to present the possibilities of conducting research and development (R&D) focused on the development of innovations developed by companies operating in the industry of producing and processing ferrous and non-ferrous metals - using synchrotron radiation, produced by the largest research devices in this part of Europe.
During the meeting, Deloitte experts from the Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) Team will discuss the possibilities of obtaining financing for research and development as well as implementation and commercialization of innovations.
In addition, the challenges facing the industry in the context of the implementation of the European Green Deal policy will be indicated and discussed, and ways of responding to these challenges in cooperation with the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Centre.
