From 30 November to 1 December, the annual LSOS Innovation Forum - Life Science Open Space, was held in the Krakow Technology Park. This year's edition of the event was also attended by the SOLARIS Centre. Our employees familiarized all interested parties with the possibilities offered by the synchrotron research infrastructure and the cryomicroscopy laboratory. Dr. Piotr Ciochoń took part in a panel entitled Drug Discovery/Development, during which the invited guests shared with the knowledge resources and ideas of their companies to accelerate the process of developing new drugs and implementing effective therapies for patients. The presentation included case studies based on the techniques available at the SOLARIS Centre and ways of accessing research infrastructure. The meeting was an opportunity to establish new contacts and develop cooperation between SOLARIS and the life sciences industry.
