CERIC-ERIC call for proposals now open

CERIC-ERIC, Central European Research Infrastructure Consortium, offers access to more than 50 complementary instruments and two support laboratories, for multidisciplinary research in all fields of materials science and nanotechnology. There are two deadlines: March 1st, 17hs CET and March 31st, 17hs CET.
NCPS SOLARIS and Łukasiewicz KIT join forces

The National Synchrotron Radiation Center SOLARIS and the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Krakow Technology Institute have started cooperation in the field of scientific research, development projects and exchange of experiences. The agreement inaugurating the cooperation was signed today by NCPS SOLARIS Director, Prof. dr hab. Marek Stankiewicz and dr inż. Michał Kwiecień, Director Łukasiewicz - KIT.

It can be said that 2021 was a breakthrough year for the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Center. Its culmination was obtaining financing for the NCPS research infrastructure from the Ministry of Education and Science, which will ensure the operation of our Center for the next 5 years.
