The SOLARIS Centre have reserved a block of rooms at the Vanilla Aparthotel. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from SOLARIS.

As is the custom, SOLARIS will cover two nights' accommodation for up to two participants from each institute. 

To book a room at the Vanilla Aparthotel, please fill out the ESLS registration form by 30 October 2018.

If you register after this date, we cannot guarantee availability of the hotel rooms. We cannot guarantee, that we will cover your accommodation cost, as well.
