ImageJ or Fiji are most often used to analyze PEEM data.

Detailed instructions on how to use the program and the necessary plugins are available at website Surfmoss. Both programs are public and free.

Another option is the IgorPro program with macros written by the Nanospectroscopy group from the Elletra synchrotron. A license is required to use IgorPro.

We are currently working on new software for analyzing data from the PEEM and LEEM microscope. The first version of pyPLEEM should be available to users at the beginning of 2023. More information about the program at pawel.nita@uj.edu.pl.

The aXis2000 is used to analyze the data obtained at the STXM end station. It is a  free program that can be downloaded from the Unicorn Chemistry website.
