The Basic Laboratory provides essential laboratory equipment for sample preparation and basic research work in chemistry, biology, and materials science.

The laboratory equipment includes, among others, analytical balances, centrifuges, an optical microscope, magnetic stirrers, a refrigerator, and cabinets for storing samples and reagents. The laboratory also features a fume hood and an extraction arm, ensuring safe handling of chemical substances, as well as a glovebox enabling experiments to be conducted under a controlled argon (Ar) atmosphere and protecting materials from exposure to air and moisture.
