MAVKA beamline will host two independent endstations: XPS/XAS and AP-HAXPES.

Features of the XPS/XAS endstation:

• Micro – X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (µ-XPS)
• Micro – X-ray absorption spectroscopy (µ-XAS)
• Micro – X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (µ-XRF)
• Ultra-high vacuum chamber with cryogenic manipulator (<4 K)

Features of the AP-HAXPES endstation:

• Ambient pressure hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (AP-HAXPES)
• Ambient pressure (< 50 mbar) studies of solid–liquid, solid-gas interfaces
• In-situ/operando studies of electrochemical processes.
• „Dip and pull” and liquid jet modules.
