Industrial exhibition

Registration for Exhibitors and Sponsors is open.

The industry exhibition space in the Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University will be arranged to provide maximal exposure to the conference delegates during poster sessions and  breaks. 

The exhibit hours are Monday - Wednesday, 12th-14th September 2022, 9:00am - 6:00pm.

The number of stands is limited and the first come, first served principle will be followed. The exhibition floor plan will  be published after the registration deadline. The final allocation of the exhibition space depends on the number and size of the applications received by end of May 2022. At the beginning of June, the floor plans will be sent to the participating companies - in the order of the applications/bookings received - with the request to select one of the exhibition slots still available and to finally confirmation.

Please note that VAT tax is not included and it should be settled in the country where the company is registered.

- two stands for leaflets,

 

  • company listed in the book of abstracts,
  • registration fee for 3 company representatives. The company representatives should register in the registration system as the company representative (included in the package),
  • additional company representatives should register in the registration system as the additional company representative and pay the registration fee.

Booth Etiquette:

During Exhibition opening hours, booths should be attended by an authorized representative, technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.
The Conference reserves the right to remove any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.

Sub-letting:

Exhibitors will not be allowed to sublet booths or portions of booths to non-registered companies or individuals.

Compliance:

The Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with all pertinent ordinances, resolutions and codes of duly authorized local and national law concerning fire, safety and health, together with the rules and regulations of the conference location.

Hold Harmless:

The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of Exhibitor's activities during the conference and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the conference organizer, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims

Company Logos/Artwork:

All sponsors are required to supply an electronic version of their logo (300dpi, vector file - .cdr, .ai, .eps) for inclusion in the conference program and on the conference website.  Sponsors will be contacted for graphics to be used in promotional materials and on conference website after full payment has been received.  Conference Guide Ad sponsors will need to submit artwork no later than 1 July 2022.
